Scope Of Work
Willow Construction was chosen to complete the comprehensive renovation, replacement, and addition of exterior elements to the existing Dorchester Square Retail Center in Cambridge, Maryland. The exterior renovations and enhancements to the façade took place with minimal to no interruption to tenants occupying space at the retail center.
Together with the client and architect, Willow accomplished raising the façade for increased visibility of the shopping center along with creating contemporary lines by removing the brick and shingle material, adding brand new framing, EIFS and paint and incorporating the modern architectural detail finishes by Atelier 11 Architects.
