Scope Of Work
Willow Construction was able to deliver this much desired amenity to the community of Bayside at Fenwick Island. This new facility gives the Bayside members access to an indoor pool, a world class fitness room, a multi purpose room, and an aerobics room. The building also consists of men’s and women’s locker rooms, hot tub, and the “Juice Box”, which is a stand alone smoothie bar. The new amenity places Bayside on the forefront of stable communities in the United States and allows it to be a year round community at the beach. Willow is glad that we were able to create a place where neighbors and community members can get together and enjoy one another’s company, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
