Scope Of Work
Willow Construction was selected for this senior care project at the Salisbury Wicomico Senior Center. The project was constructed in phases with the first phase encompassing the shell, tenant fit-outs for office space, the kitchen, and end-user requirements. This state-of-the-art facility utilizes a 104 well geothermal heating and cooling system in addition to energy smart systems throughout. Designed as a multi-function facility serving the surrounding community, several “tenant” areas were modified to meet the client’s needs while construction was in progress. Working with the engineering and architectural group, many of the changes were implemented in real time.
