Scope Of Work
The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay presented Willow Construction with one of our most unique projects to date. The Peninsula is a private, luxury, residential golf resort. The amenities include a post office, golf shop, gourmet market, terrace grille, fitness center, retail center, tennis facilities, and an aquatic center that consists of two large lap pools, three spas, a wave pool, a sandy beach, a large shade structure, and acres of open landscape. The Peninsula is now the premier luxury resort destination in the State of Delaware. The developer and homeowners are delighted with the final results.
