Scope Of Work
The Inn at Perry Cabin renovation and expansion project was completed in two phases. The first phase was constructed while the Inn was closed, and the second phase took place while it was fully operational. The total project included site improvements, demolition of the indoor pool, expanding the restaurant, total demolition and reconstruction of the kitchen, an office addition, renovation of the existing conference room, as well as new construction of a conference center, pool equipment building, bike shed, laundry/maintenance facility, and three new guest buildings.
