Scope Of Work
Willow Construction built a new clubhouse for the Bishop’s Landing community in Millville, DE. The project consisted of a 9,941 s.f. clubhouse with many amenities. The building is divided by a covered breezeway that separates the living and dining spaces from the fitness and locker room spaces. The north side of the clubhouse includes an open vaulted ceiling in the gathering area and sports bar, with multiple verandas leading to the pool deck. An ample commercial kitchen serves this area.
