?The scope of this project included clearing, erosion control, drilling & blasting of rock, installation of 3,395 LF of 10” and 15” gravity sewer with 16 precast sanitary sewer manholes, 1 – metering manhole, 2,907 LF of 10 inch force main with air release valves, and construction of a 30 foot deep triplex submersible pump station with valve vault, meter vault, emergency standby generator with controls, other associated equipment and misc. accessories.
This project was the first phase of the new sewer system to serve the recently constructed Giti Tire Manufacturing Facility. Once the second phase of the sewer system was completed and tested by another contractor, Dellinger, Inc. was able to successfully complete the pump station start up.
