Scope Of Work
This project involved replacement of existing bulkhead and esplanade. Major items of work included furnishing and installing a new 1,650 foot long steel sheet pile bulkhead, deadman anchors, tiebacks, waler system, c.i.p. concrete cap, floating docks, walkways, gangway and transition ramps, paving, access piers, view platforms, HDPE potable water system, sanitary sewer, storm drains, electrical system upgrade, security gates, corrosion protection, temporary boathouses relocation and misc. items.
