Scope Of Work

Contract consisted of the construction of a 9,100 square foot reinforced CMU and reinforced concrete structure with Precast double tee roof. All grading/site work and installation of reinforced concrete was preformed by Triton Marine. Structure consists of primary and secondary electrical switchgear, a 225 KVA UPS backup power system and a 660KW Generator set with 2000 gallon fuel tank for temporary power.16 wind turbines are also installed on the structure. Interior is equipped with a VRF air cooling system with hydronic and refrigerant piping, 3 overhead coiling doors and epoxy coated flooring. Exterior of building is finished with an EFS system. The building is equipped with a fire protection system of sprinklers and alarm. Building is equipped with handicap accessible bathroom and paved parking spaces, with wheelchair ramp to sidewalk surrounding building. Triton also trenched, encased and back filled over 11,000 l.f. of concrete encased duct bank to house (9) 4 inch? conduits running between 32 newly installed precast manholes. New airfield lighting cable was pulled through these conduit along with inner duct to house fiber optic cable. A new ALCMS control 27. system was installed to the FAA tower along with a new SCADA system to control the new vault completely from the FAA tower.
