Scope Of Work
This project includes construction of a new Jet Fuel Tanker Truck Delivery Facility. The system will be capable of receiving 1,600 GPM while simultaneously issuing 2,400 GPM of jet fuel to over-the-road transport vehicles. Four truck offload positions and four truck fillstands will be constructed. A new 4,930 SF Pumphouse consisting of four 600 GPM fuel pumps, four 600 GPM issue filter-separators and two 1,200 GPM receipt filter-separators will be installed. The pumphouse will supply fuel to a constant pressure hydrant loop feeding the new fillstand positions. A 39’ x 44’ x 16.5’ deep underground concrete vault will be constructed that will house two 10,000 gallon offload drop tanks with four 400 GPM offload pumps. Five existing above ground fuel storage tanks will be modified to support the requirements of the new facility. A new product recovery tank and contaminated water storage tank will be installed as well. Extensive above and below grade fuel piping will be installed throughout the tank farm. Existing concrete and asphalt paving will be demolished and replaced with 64,283 SF of 8” portland cement concrete paving. Five parking positions will be provided for R-11 refueler trucks. Underground utilities include demolition and replacement of containment drainage systems, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water and fire protection.
