Scope Of Work
We completed the overhead doors and loading dock equipment for this speculative warehouse project, wherein the building was eventually leased to LG Electronics (see press releases at <https://patch.com/new-jersey/eastwindsor/lg-electronics-usa-comes-east-windsor> and <https://re-nj.com/new-lg-distribution-center-shows-growing-strength-of-exit-8-industrial-market/>). For the tenant fit out, we installed loading dock equipment by W.B. McGuire (Systems, Inc.) including mechanical dock levelers and vehicle restraints.
