Scope Of Work
We were contracted by Blue Rock Construction to supply and install overhead doors and loading dock equipment (mechanical dock levelers with bumpers and dock seals) for this speculative warehouse project in central PA developed by Woodmont Industrial Partners. Dermody Properties purchased the 400,000 SF completed building, which was eventually leased to Kellogg's.
