Scope Of Work
We were contracted to supply and install overhead doors & loading dock equipment (mechanical dock levelers with bumpers and dock seals) for this warehouse project in New Jersey, which CBRE negotiated the lease of to Lasership according to this article on Real Estate Weekly. The building has a total of (46) dock positions plus (2) drive-in/ramp doors. We were also contracted to close-up (16) existing pedestrian doors, removing the doors and infilling the openings with block.
