Scope Of Work
Renovation of seven (7) sewer lift stations on a campus in Tukwila, WA. This project required intricate bypass systems to allow for normal operations while renovations were completed. Renovations included cleaning vaults, removing pumps, grinding interior, structural corrections, epoxy coating to interior, setting new pumps and installing new control panel(s). Bypass systems included two (2) temporary chopper pumps and alarm systems. Temporary pumps were retrofit with warning alarms when clogged that would notify the project team of issues. After year+ of renovations there was not a single case of overflow issues. Project Value $5+MM.
