Scope Of Work
Design/Build project to modify and expand an existing denim plant into a milk processing facility. Scopes included new receiving bays, tank vestibules, wet processing areas, evaporator, dryer tower, central plant, butter processing plant/cooler, packaging, offices, labs, welfare/support spaces, and updating the existing warehouse and site. The site included a separate project to construct a WWTP in conjunction with the main project. Dahlgren’s provided structural, mechanical, , and architectural services. The project also required close coordination in order to merge two projects, with two separate clients, and have simultaneous completion dates.
