Today’s construction buyers often prefer the contractor to be a full service contractor who participates as a team member with the Owner and the designer, as partners, from the inception of the project through completion.  The single source responsibility rests with the team.

Dahlgren offers full-service, industrial construction services including:

Pre-construction planning, scheduling, value engineering and budgeting.  We will make your project fit your budget and schedule.

We will manage the procurement and construction of the entire facility.  Our management effort is directed to provide quality product, on time, within budget, safely and as a team.

We construct projects in modes.  We self-perform the majority of the work or we can act as a construction manager and oversee other qualified firms to do the work.  This approach is generally dictated by the demands of the project and the needs of our clients.

We self-perform the civil work, building and building systems construction, equipment setting and foundations, piping systems, instrumentation and boilermaker work (we generally subcontract electrical work and architectural specialties like roofing, insulation etc.)

We are knowledgeable in our clients processes and manufacturing requirements and are able to manage the start-up and commissioning of the facilities that we build for them.
