Cedar Park Construction is a fourth generation General Contractor. We specialize in full site development including grading, excavation, utility install both new and repair, land clearing, concrete work, retaining walls, amenity build outs, landscape and hardscape installs and much more.
Coming from the development side of the business, we work closely with developers, contractors, municipalities and engineers to make the build process as smooth and seamless as possible for the customer. Understanding scheduling to achieve key milestones like pad ready, water clearance and paving has helped our clients stay ahead of their critical timelines.
As expert project managers, we take a significant amount of work off the customers plate and push you the information you need. You will not have to chase us down or follow up relentlessly. We take pride in the service we give and live by our customer focused mission.
We are located in the Winter Garden, Florida area but have completed projects all over central Florida and Jacksonville/Fernandina area.
