Scope Of Work
We were asked to help in the design and creation of a new monument sign for Durham Academy’s Upper Schools by Cannon Architects and C.T. Wilson.
We produced a lit sign that recesses into and wraps around one end of a brick wall.
For the second sign, we created a double faced lit cabinet that floats in an opening at the other end of the wall and features a multi-color map of the campus.
One of the challenges of this project was to completely hide all electrical, as the sign is approachable by students and parents.
