Scope Of Work
The town of Apex commissioned us to come up with some creative signage for a newly created skatepark, in the shadow of the old train tracks and trellis, that incorporated into the experience of the park itself. We created donor signs and main ID’s using thick metal and exposed hardware to mount directly into the fencing and concrete of the fixtures. In addition, we created a unique all-metal skateboard to mark the space which incorporated a site map and donor listing for all the different parts of the park.
People loved the skateboard so much, that after a few months a fence had to be created around it to give it a little space.
