Scope Of Work
Currently under construction: Team BergmanKPRS is busy with tenant improvements for upscale Urth Caffé—known for their organic coffees and teas. The 32,000 sf space is receiving a build-out for a kitchen, bakery, in-house coffee roasting and a restaurant. The site will not only centralize operations, but is also going to offer a café with an South Bay outdoor patio for dining.
