BergmanKPRS is a member managed company and led by Mark Bergman, Joel Stensby, Paul Kristedja and Lev Rabinovich.

We provide full-service construction management and national roll-out program management. Headquartered in California and licensed nationally—with regional offices in the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest—we are a general contractor serving clients in 48 states.

Mark Bergman, whose industry experience in development, design and construction spans over 35 years, founded The Bergman Companies in 1982 and joined KPRS Inc. to form BergmanKPRS in 2012.

The partnership was formed by the passion to provide unmatched quality and service by using our combined resources with the strong focus on our clients’ needs and goals, allowing us to produce exceptional results.
