Newmark Construction LLC has been a part of The Blue Book since 2010, but the commercial skills and experience started long before that.  Manuel Salmeron, the owner of Newmark, has 24 years in the trade, and started from the bottom and worked his way up. In his own words, he learned from one of the BEST drywall teachers he could have ever had. He started at the bottom scrapping houses, moved onto sheetrock, clean up, drywall and sooner or later, framing. Newmark officially started in 2006 in residential, but today concentrates on commercial only, mostly retail, and high-rise residential.

Manuel is proud of the reputation his company carries. He attributes his strong work commitment to the success of the company and his ability to follow the scope of work to the T.  He goes above and beyond every chance he can, and uses ONLY screws, no nails - so his customers receive the best quality finished product possible.  Although the company is relatively small (by comparison to some), Manuel feels that he has an edge. At this size, it allows him to remain flexible and squeeze in projects on short notice.  In this type of market - that is definitely giving him an advantage!
