From our office in Tampa, FL, Bill oversees Cutler's Southeast base of operations. Deeply committed to client satisfaction, he ensures all necessary resources are available to meet an owner's schedule, budget and project goals - and is personally committed to achieving project outcomes.

Ed leads Cutler's integrated design, construction, and estimating activities to ensure that maximum value is created for customers through our industry-leading system for single-source project delivery. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Ed has led major construction projects up and down the east coast.

Fred has been a driving force behind the success of Cutler Associates since the firm's inception. He is a leading expert and an outspoken advocate of collaborative approaches to design and construction projects. As a registered professional engineer and a certified design-build professional with forty years of construction experience, Fred brings a comprehensive background to the process of moving projects forward to successful completion.

Garth is responsible for overseeing and growing Cutler's activities within the senior living and healthcare marketplaces. With nearly 20 years of focus within these markets, he is sensitive to the specialized needs of these facilities across the continuum of care. The dedication and care he devotes to each project is truly an asset to bring projects from concept to reality.

As a vice president of Cutler Design, Kevin Kozak directs the execution of design concepts — coordinating the efforts and activities of the in-house design team and consultants. As a licensed architect, Kevin works in an integrated fashion with owners, consultants and Cutler's construction teams to achieve the goals and practical objectives of each project owner.

With over 35 years of design experience, Michael Bass is keenly aware of the importance of establishing a true partnership with clients. A key member of Cutler’s architectural staff since 1991, Michael is a specialist in design for the education marketplace and has served as the principal architect on a wide-variety of new and renovation commissions for independent schools, colleges, and universities. As Design Principal, he contributes both his architectural talent and management skills to coordinating the activities of Cutler’s architects and designers and works to promote effective project management by maximizing available resources and emphasizing the importance of effective, open communication with the owner and construction team members.

Heading up our Mid-Atlantic division, Tony leads his team of construction professionals on projects underway in multiple states. His knowledge of the region and industry connections keeps a steady flow of work in the pipeline.

Chris Duncan leads Cutler's Operations Division. His in-depth technical knowledge, combined with his steadfast commitment to customer service, enables him to lead projects to successful completion on schedule and within budget. Chris is responsible for the overall performance of the Cutler Operations team in the Northeast regional office and corporate headquarters, located in Worcester, MA.

As VP of Project Development with a background in project estimating, Tiffany Gallo provides a strong attention to detail, combined with steadfast commitment to customer service. With over 15 years with Cutler, Tiffany leads projects for Cutler’s corporate & industrial manufacturing clients to successful completion. She is responsible for the overall performance of the Cutler team and management of the client relationship. Tiffany is also a LEED accredited professional and provides leadership, within the company and on projects, for the implementation of sustainable design and construction practices.
