Scope Of Work
Cutler was hired by Welch Senior Living to oversee a gut-conversion of a 16-bed assisted living wing to a 16-bed memory care neighborhood with expanded dining and activity space, plus a large secured and landscaped patio. This facility was originally built by Cutler for Welch, and was updated to accommodate current trends in memory support care. Memory support projects are a focused niche of Cutler’s senior living division.
