Scope Of Work
As part of an overall development plan for a former hospital campus, Holden Health Building, a new three-story, 36,000 square foot multi-tenant medical office building is situated at the entry to the campus, with Reliant Medical Groups Family Practics as it's primary tenant.
Margulies Perruzzi Architects designed the building and provided interior architecture and healthcare design services for Reliant's 17,700 square foot tenant fit-out. Cutler Associates provided estimating, program management and construction management services to complete the project, coordinating the planning and design for tenant spaces as well.
