Scope Of Work
The new 93,300 square foot elementary school consists of an administration building, a two story classroom building, a kitchen/cafeteria & music building and one mechanical building. In addition to the school buildings, Cutler constructed a baseball field, tennis/ basketball courts and a covered play area. The school was constructed in a 23 acre site, with approximately 16% of the site being dedicated to Gopher Tortoises conservation area. The construction of the buildings were exposed CMU walls, pre-engineered metal buildings, pre-cast concrete floor panels and bar joist roof deck system for the two story classroom building.
