Scope Of Work
Adding to the 90-acre Brooksby Village Continuing Care Community, Cutler was hired to oversee construction of the new 28,000 SF Maple Grove assisted care building. The expansion includes 28 assisted care apartments and new community spaces to complement the campus' existing independent living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care residences and amenities.
Doing construction on a campus that is home to over 1,000 residents requires sensitivity and logistics planning. We were selected by Brooksby Village because we pursued a deep understanding of the campus needs and developed a collaborative phased plan that met construction requirements while maintaining resident/staff priorities. Our planning process was combined by a value-engineering process that also resulted in project cost savings for the owner.
