Scope Of Work
Cutler Associates was hired to provide construction management services for a new 85,000-square-foot BJ’s Wholesale Club in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The $3.79 million retail shopping center is designed by Bignell, Watkins, Hasser Architects, P.S and is owned by RB Quakertown, LP.
The project was built on a fast-tracked five-month construction schedule. Although the project was challenged by extremely rainy weather throughout the summer, it was completed on time.
This is Cutler’s second major project affiliated with BJ’s Wholesale Club. A $43 million, 618,000-square-foot distribution center was completed in Uxbridge, Massachusetts in 2006.
