Scope Of Work
Cutler was hired to oversee major renovations and remodeling at the Bayonet Point Middle School campus. Designed by Holmes Hepner & Associates Architects, the 132,905 SF project involved the consolidation and remodeling of administration spaces to provide a new secure main entry; renovation of instructional spaces; provision of new collaborative learning spaces; enhanced visibility between spaces; and renovation of media center support spaces and student dining . This $11.9M project included replacement of HVAC systems, lighting, life safety systems, data systems, interior finishes and fixtures, and ADA accessibility upgrades. Upon completion, Bayonet Point Middle reopened as a STEM school focusing on science, technology, engineering and math.
