Overseeing the relationship side of Miller Construction Company, including marketing and community relations, Traci advances the firm's leadership in its industry and community. She is an executive committee member of the board and past president of NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and of the Commercial Real Estate Women Fort Lauderdale/Boca Raton chapter. She served as president of the Leadership Broward Foundation and is active in several charitable organizations.
