Scope Of Work
The $22 million expansion and renovation of Fort Lauderdale’s landmark Riverside Hotel includes a 13-story, 265,000 square foot building overlooking the New River. The new building features a state-of-the-art meeting facility, retail space and valet parking garage. The project increases hotel rooms from 105 to 215 — all with the gracious atmosphere that has made the hotel a favorite for generations.
